What is a Skill Gap Assessment?

A skill gap assessment is an analysis of the difference between your current skills and the skills required for your target role. GapFix uses AI to provide a personalized assessment based on your CV and career goals, producing a Readiness Score from 0 to 100.

How the Assessment Works

1. Input Your Target Role Tell us what role you're aiming for. This could be: - A specific job title (e.g., "Senior Product Manager") - A company you want to work for - A skill area you want to develop

2. AI Analysis Our AI engine uses semantic understanding to go beyond keywords: - Analyzes your current skills from your CV - Compares them against job market requirements - Identifies critical gaps ranked by severity (Critical, Moderate, Minor) - Prioritizes skills by market demand and impact

3. Get Your Report You'll receive a detailed report showing: - Overall Readiness Score (0-100) - Missing technical skills - Missing soft skills - Gap severity rankings - Time to proficiency for each skill

4. Create Your Plan Based on your assessment, a personalized 90-day learning plan is automatically created with: - 12 weekly learning modules with themed focus areas - Daily lessons and quizzes - Recommended boosters - Progress milestones and XP goals
