Plan Resources
Your learning plan includes more than just lessons and quizzes. Every plan contains carefully curated articles, videos, templates, and external resources supporting your skill development.
Types of Resources in Your Plan
In-Plan Resources: Materials embedded directly in lessons. Example: A "Delegation Framework" infographic, a downloadable delegation checklist template, or a 3-minute video on delegation psychology.
Reference Articles: Longer, in-depth articles clarifying concepts or exploring related topics. Example: If a lesson covers "Active Listening," a reference article might explore "The Neuroscience of Active Listening" or "Common Listening Mistakes."
External Resources: Links to curated content outside GapFix—articles, videos, podcasts, or tools. Example: A lesson on "Data-Driven Decision Making" might link to a Harvard Business Review article on analytics best practices.
Templates & Checklists: Ready-to-use documents you can apply immediately. Example: A "Performance Review Template" or "Change Management Checklist" based on a lesson's framework.
Videos: Short videos (3-15 minutes) explaining concepts, showing real scenarios, or interviewing professionals. Some are GapFix-created; others are curated from trusted educational sources.

Scenario Demonstrations (5-8 minutes): Watch professionals applying the lesson's concept in realistic situations. Example: A manager conducting an effective 1-on-1 meeting demonstrating that week's feedback techniques.
Interview Content (8-12 minutes): Conversations with professionals sharing their experiences. Example: A VP of Product discussing their decision-making process.
Case Study Walk-Throughs (10-15 minutes): A business scenario analyzed in depth. Example: Examining how a company implemented change management principles and lessons learned.
Videos are available on-demand—watch within the lesson or download for offline viewing (Premium feature).

Providing Feedback on Resources
Found a resource particularly valuable or unhelpful?
Rate Resources: On any article or video, leave a 1-5 star rating with optional feedback.
Suggest Improvements: Use "Suggest a Better Resource" to recommend alternatives for topics.
Request New Resources: If you're interested in learning more about a topic, suggest resources we should add.
Your feedback helps us improve continuously.
Troubleshooting Resource Access
External Link Not Working: Links occasionally break if articles are removed. Report broken links using the feedback feature—we'll find an alternative.
Video Won't Play: Check your internet connection. Clear your app cache (Settings > Storage). Try restarting the app or switching to Wi-Fi.
Template Won't Download: Ensure your device has storage space. Check that pop-ups aren't blocked. Contact support if issues persist.
